Well, since Martin has posted the KingBen version of Quantum of Solace i thought ill post another. KingBen just released a VHS screener of Lakeview Terrace, a movie i have been waiting to watch for quite some time now. Video and sound quality are both pretty good on the release, some big watermarks though but definitely watchable, enjoy.

Notes from NFO: Its not bad if you can ignore the watermarks the dvd had a part where it got stuck so i have removed that and slightly adjusted the color. As for the audio well its great

A young couple (Patrick Wilson and Kerry Washington) has just moved into their California dream home when they become the target of their next-door neighbor, who disapproves of their interracial relationship.
